Procter & Gamble is this year's Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF National Partner.  This marks the company’s tenth year supporting the program, with over $3.3 million in donations.  New this year, Procter & Gamble will double the impact of donations made by viewers of a Halloween-themed primetime television special airing on HGTV on October 18 and October 24 at 8 pm.  P&G will match all donations made via HGTV.com from October 18 through October 31, 2009, up to $100,000.

UNICEF receives support from P&G through the company’s Live, Learn and ThriveTM global corporate cause, devoted to improving life for children in need.

NATIONAL MEDIA PARTNER

hgtv logoHGTV is proud to join the U.S. Fund for UNICEF as the national media partner of the Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF campaign.  As the newest media partner for Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF, HGTV will highlight Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF in a prime time Halloween television special to air on October 18 and October 24 at 8 PM EST and include Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF in the Halloween section of HGTV.com. P&G will match donation made via HGTV.com up to $100,000 through October 31, 2009.

American Airlines
American AirlinesSince 1994, American Airlines has been the proud U.S. airline supporting UNICEF’s Change for Good program, which converts customers’ currency donations into lifesaving materials for the world’s most vulnerable children.  New this year, American Airlines employees will collect donations of domestic and foreign currency to support Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF through the Change for Good program.  American Airlines customers can participate by donating on select domestic transcontinental flights out of Boston, Washington DC, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York-JFK and Miami the week prior to Halloween, as well as at domestic Admirals Clubs and Flagship Lounges nationwide throughout the month of October.

Baskin RobbinsBaskin-Robbins is pleased to be part of the Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF 2009 program. This year will mark the first year that Baskin-Robbins has participated as a national box distribution retailer. Now in its thirteenth year, Coinstar, Inc., helps make Trick-or-Treating for UNICEF easy for participants of all ages. 365 days a year, participants of this grassroots initiative can quickly empty their orange collection boxes into over 12,000 Coinstar Centers® in participating supermarkets, drug stores and mass merchants across the U.S. to make Halloween count and help UNICEF do whatever it takes to save children’s lives. Hallmark Gold CrownHallmark Gold Crown® Stores
This is Hallmark Gold Crown's fourth year supporting the Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF campaign. In addition to selling Halloween-themed UNICEF greeting cards in over 650 Hallmark Gold Crown stores nationwide, all 3,300 locations will distribute the famous orange Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF boxes.

Customers can pick up their free collection boxes at special in-store displays in all Hallmark Gold Crown stores starting September 1.

KIDZ BOP, the #1 music brand for kids ages 5-12 in the U.S., is proud to support the 59th annual Trick–or–Treat for UNICEF campaign. This marks the first year that the company is supporting the program. KIDZ BOP is encouraging kids across the country to  “Make Halloween Count” through dedicated Trick–or–Treat  for UNICEF content and videos from the KIDZ BOP Kids on the popular www.KIDZBOP.com website for the month of October. The website also provides information on how kids can receive their own orange Trick–or–Treat for UNICEF collection boxes. 

Pier 1 ImportsPier 1 Imports
This year marks the 24th anniversary of Pier 1 Imports' partnership with UNICEF. Since 1985, Pier 1's exceptional commitment has raised over $28 million to save and improve the lives of children around the world. 2009 will mark the ninth year that Pier 1 Imports will serve as a national Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF box distribution retailer.  This year, Pier 1 will prominently display and distribute free collection boxes in almost 1,000 stores across the country during the month of October.

Key Club
logo_keyclub.jpgKey Club has raised nearly $5 million for UNICEF during its 16 years of partnership with Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF. This year, the campaign will support Operation Uruguay: Protecting the Rights of Children, which works to ensure that Uruguay's most vulnerable youth have access to education, health and basic services. Key Club International, a service leadership program of Kiwanis International, is the oldest and largest service program for high school students, and gives its members opportunities to provide service, build character and develop leadership skills. M.L.S.W.O.R.K.S. and SAY Soccer
Major League SoccerM.L.S.W.O.R.K.S—Major League Soccer’s community outreach initiative—and SAY Soccer will join UNICEF in encouraging youth soccer players to Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF this October. Besides the fun and prizes, participants will build new team skills, learn the importance of serving their communities, and help UNICEF save children’s lives. Everyday 24,000 children die of preventable causes. MLS and UNICEF believe that number should be zero. Your team’s participation helps us get one step closer to zero. The United Methodist Church General Board of Church and Society
logo_umc.gifAs part of the traditional annual United Nations Sunday celebration, the United Methodist Church, through its General Board of Church and Society, continues to support the Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF campaign. Presbyterian Church, U.S.A.         
logo_pc.gifTrick-or-Treat for UNICEF and the Presbyterian Church have a special relationship because the program was expanded 59 years ago by Reverend Clyde Allison, a Presbyterian minister. This year, Trick-or-Treat continues as part of the church's celebration of the Decade of the Child.

Church Women United

National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá'ís of the U.S.

General Federation of Women's Clubs
